I've created a whimsical fun loving series starring a sleek black cat named Miss Bronte who was adopted from a shelter.   ‘Tails’ of American Bronte promotes animal adoption. (My first book; self published and selling successfully) 

Miss Bronte gives a cat's view of life after choosing her humans and getting adopted. Superstitions surrounding black cats have caused many of them to be overlooked for adoption but Miss Bronte waves the flag to champion the cause of good luck black cats everywhere and teaches children not to discriminate because of the color of ones skin or fur.
